Kjeldahl method is definately the most common technique for performing Nitrogen and Protein detemination for diversified application in food & feed, beverage (nitrogen, protein, Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen), environmetal (COD, Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen), chemical and pharmaceutical (organic nitrogen) industries.  DKL digester work in accordance with a variety of standard such as (AOAC, ISO, EPA, DIN, etc).

The fully auto DKL series come as a ready to use package, including an aluminum heating block (that offers excellent temperature homegeneity, precision and accuracy), an auto lift and auto suction cap, test tubes, sample rack, and drip tray.

High-tech but simple to use, a microprocessor control the block temperature whilst an electronic auto calibration system ensures excellent reliability and repeatibility of analysis. A practical interface with LCD Graphic Display allows access to all the data including the multi language library and the 54 programs available, 24 of which are user-programmable.
