The Oxistest is an innovative solution, entirely controlled by the power OXisoft, able to provide high added value information concerning fat oxidation processes in foods, oil and fats.

The Oxitest works directly on whole sample without the need for prelimanary fat separation, and is suitable for the determination of the quality and the state preservation of the food sample. The stability of sample is evaluated by accelerating the oxidation process using high temperature (from 20 °C to 110 °C) and a pre-determined oxygen pressure.. The intuitive software controls the entire process in a user friendly way and the operator can record the data in a database,  compare tests, export the data to an Excell file, filter and order the data quickly and simplly.
